There has been a movement in street photography in the last 5 years, includeing an Oscar nominated documentary made (Exit through the girft shop) (highly recommend).
I am not the most art concious person, in all honesty I dont really care about art to much (again i hate photography class every monday) but this guy Banksy is pretty awsome..
He is an annoymous graffit artist based out of Europe, below I posted a few of his works
